To preserve healthy enzymes and nutrients in juices, use a low-speed juicing system, such as the Vert VRT 350 ($379, www.omegajuicers.com) The Vert VRT 350 extracts juice at 80 RPM, preventing oxidation and allowing juice to be stored for up to 72 hours without degradation.  Juices look and taste better because there’s less separation than with high-speed juicers, and the Vert VRT350 features an automatic cleaning system that keeps the clears the screen during the juicing process making it more efficient.

The clean up with this type of juicer is a bit of work, but the benefits of the process are well worth it.  Because the Vert VRT 350 is built to stand up to industrial use, it is durable, especially when it comes to the juicing screen, designed to withstand heavy duty juicing.

This juicer gets its name from its vertical design, which makes it more compact than many juicer styles that require a lot of countertop space.

Take advantage of crisp apples, pomegranates and other fall fruits to enjoy the bounty of the season, and juice it up!
